KIERIN NYC RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
We hope that you are happy with your order, but as you are a consumer you may return any unopened and unused product within 30 days from delivery and obtain a refund, subject ot the conditions below.
If you acquired your KIERIN product elsewhere- online or in-store- then your return will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.

RETURNS
You may return any product purchased directly from the KIERIN website within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be:
- In pristine condition (unopened, unused) with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned.
- Package your return item in KIERIN packaging or in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your package only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers should adhere to labelling and packaging guidelines for shipping produced by your zone's postal service.
- Accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy if returning part of your order)
- Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
Please specify with your return whether you'd like to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. We do not offer refunds for items returned without proper documentation or outside the return window.
SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You will receive a prepaid return label upon request to return your product which you can use at a depot. If you would like to return your product in another way KIERIN does not offer compensation for the return fee.
- In an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of the replacement item (where applicable).
GIFT PURCHASES
Items purchased as gifts are not eligible for refund but may be exchanged for another product. Limitations may apply. For gift returns, a copy of the delivery receipt is required to process the exchange. If preferred, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES TAKE?
Upon receipt, all goods will be examined within 1-5 business days. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of use. In such circumstances, we will notify you via telephone or e-mail that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose a take that amount as a store credit.
Refunds and Store Credits are processed as soon as possible, refunded to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we have received the goods.
Exchanges are shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
In the interests of preventing or investigating fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you regarding returns activity which is suspicious, and/or (b) we reserve the right to deactivate any account which is engaged in suspicious activity.
