KIERIN NYC Sweepstakes / Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

This Sweepstakes or Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by KIERIN, a brand operated by KIERIN HOLDINGS LLC, located at 1 Poorhouse Road, Newtown, CT 06470. Contact: contact@kierin-nyc.com.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform on which it is announced.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents (excluding Rhode Island and U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of KIERIN, its affiliates, influencers, suppliers, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on the day and time posted in the announcement (“Start Date”) and ends on the date specified (“End Date”). All entries must be received during this Promotion Period.

3. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary. To enter, follow instructions posted on the applicable social media platform or at www.kierin-nyc.com. Entry methods may include:

  • Following @KIERINNYC on Instagram, TikTok or other platforms

  • Liking a post

  • Tagging friends in a comment or direct messaging us with your comment

  • Completing an online form
    Limit one entry per person, per method. Automated entries are prohibited. KIERIN is not responsible for incomplete, late, or lost entries.

4. PRIZES

One (1) or more winners will receive KIERIN products, as stated in the announcement. Typical prize: one 50ml bottle (approx. retail value $120–$140). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is allowed. Influencers may be selected as prize recipients at KIERIN’s discretion.

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or will be forfeited.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of entries. Winners will be contacted by email or direct message and must respond within 5 business days. Failure to respond or provide required documents may result in disqualification and alternate winner selection.

6. CONDITIONS

By entering, participants:

  • Agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of KIERIN

  • Acknowledge and accept the KIERIN Privacy Policy

  • Grant permission to KIERIN to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and city/state for promotional purposes

  • Agree to release and hold harmless KIERIN, influencers, and any affiliated platforms from any liability arising from participation, prize use, or misuse

7. TAXES & REPORTING

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. If prize value exceeds $600 in a calendar year, winner may be required to submit a W9, and a 1099 form will be filed with the IRS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KIERIN is not responsible for technical failures, lost or misdirected entries, internet outages, or platform issues. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, KIERIN reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify it.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used for Promotion administration and marketing, in accordance with KIERIN’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may receive marketing emails and can opt out at any time. Entrant information may be shared with select third parties for prize fulfillment.

10. DISPUTES & ARBITRATION

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action. Arbitration shall occur in Connecticut under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. KIERIN reserves the right to pursue injunctive relief in court.

11. GENERAL TERMS

KIERIN reserves the right to disqualify anyone suspected of cheating, tampering, or violating these rules. No substitution of prizes. No cash value redemption. KIERIN reserves the right to update these rules at any time at www.kierin-nyc.com/pages/official-rules.
