COVID-19 UPDATE: Order processing time has been extended to 5-7 days prior to shipment in response to the ongoing crisis until further notice.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing. We will send you the confirmation of the order by email. Once the order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your order online.
We use reasonable efforts to meet the delivery times from the set forth below. Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as a regular business day with respect to estimated delivery time. Delivery on Saturday may, however, be proposed as a service to specific post codes by the Customer Service Centre. The shipping costs associated with your preferred delivery method will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Ground: Allow between five (5) and ten (10) working days for shipping.
International: Please visit our Stockist Page for a list of international online retailers and store locations.
Certain shipping options are unavailable to certain addresses (e.g., Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or oversee international destinations).
