Advertising & brand keywords

Use of KIERIN brand keywords or product names in advertising is not permitted without prior written approval. This includes bidding on or targeting KIERIN, KIERIN Fragrances, KIERIN product names, confusingly similar terms, misspellings or other KIERIN brand identifiers in paid search, paid social, marketplace advertising, ad account names, domains or campaign targeting.

What to include in your request

• Your name, company and relationship to KIERIN.
• The exact image(s) or video(s) you want to use.
• Platform, publication, marketplace or advertising channel.
• Whether the use is paid, boosted, sponsored, whitelisted, affiliate or another professional placement.
• Campaign dates, geographic market, expected media spend and landing page.
• Proposed caption, headline, copy, layout or creative if available.
• Whether KIERIN brand keywords or product names would be used for paid targeting or bidding.

Begin your message with “CONTENT USE REQUEST.” Approval is campaign-specific and must be received in writing before launch.

All images, video, copy, artwork, logos, product names, KIERIN and KIERIN Fragrances marks, and KIERIN trade dress remain the property of KIERIN / Manhattan Minds or their respective licensors. Downloading an asset does not transfer ownership. Only assets displayed in this library are approved for organic reuse under these terms.
