When will I see points?
Eligible activity usually appears through your connected Reserve account. If something looks missing, contact KIERIN and include the email used for the purchase so we can help investigate.
What happens if an order is returned or refunded?
Reserve balances may be adjusted to reflect the final eligible purchase amount after returns, refunds or cancellations. This keeps the program fair and accurate while letting the visible experience stay focused on what you’ve earned.
Does Reserve apply to wholesale orders?
Reserve is our retail-customer loyalty program. Approved wholesale/trade purchases are supported through KIERIN’s separate retail-partner tools and programs.
