SHIPPING POLICY (Effective Date: January 1, 2025)

At KIERIN, we aim to deliver your fragrances promptly, securely, and with care. Here's everything you need to know about shipping your order. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays or over the weekend are processed the following business day.

  • Once your shipment is prepared, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Standard Ground: Typically delivers within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited: 2‑Day and 3‑Day shipping may be available at checkout, depending on your delivery address.

  • Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated by carriers and do not include order processing time. 

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

  • KIERIN ships only within the U.S.

    • For international delivery, contact them for help finding a local retailer.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories, if available, may take longer due to extended transit times. 

DELIVERY RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Use a secure, attended address whenever possible.

  • PO Boxes and military addresses may be eligible via USPS—contact them for assistance.

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders.
